Company Pension Scheme

Our "Kombi-Pakt" is a modern retirement benefits plan. In contrast to conventional pension schemes, Kombi-Pakt does not dispense a regular monthly payment, but rather a one-off disbursement upon retirement, disability or death. What is more, Kombi-Pakt gives each member of staff the possibility of increasing the payout sum through own contributions to the pension scheme.
